Lately one of the data sources has been going offline intermittently. We have been experiencing outages due to a third party data provider. Generally when things go down it only takes a few minutes for the service to restart. looking into some mitagtions. For now the main nba dashboard requires this data source to load the main page. The simple view does not require an imidiate call. The todays games function and the caladar is the api hit preventing main dashboard loads. The simple page shows games that have already been created and require no more data calls. Overall we will be improving the simple page with todays games preloaded and it may become the main home page for the nba.
